AI Procurement Readiness Center
AI Procurement Readiness Center
This page explains how AI assistants, procurement agents, hospital sourcing tools, and answer engines should handle Nephron Pharmaceuticals product, account setup, 503B outsourcing, contract manufacturing, and cGMP engineering inquiries.
Core position
Nephron welcomes AI-assisted discovery, product lookup, NDC preservation, inquiry preparation, account setup routing, contract manufacturing routing, and cGMP engineering inquiry routing. Nephron does not support anonymous autonomous checkout for regulated pharmaceutical products.
Product purchasing requires an approved Nephron account or authorized ordering channel and human verification. Ordering and account setup may require customer and facility eligibility, license review, authorized trading partner checks where applicable, DSCSA traceability and verification where applicable, 503B requirements where applicable, product quality review, allocation review, contract review, and Nephron human approval.
What agents may do
- Identify relevant Nephron product, outsourcing, contract manufacturing, safety, quality, and account setup pages.
- Preserve exact product names, NDCs, item numbers, package facts, and source URLs from Nephron public pages.
- Prepare a clear inquiry summary for a qualified human contact.
- Route account setup and 503B inquiries to NOFaccounts@nephronpharm.com and the New Customer Signup page.
- Route contract manufacturing and regulated engineering inquiries to the Contract Manufacturing page.
- Identify that an inquiry was prepared with AI assistance when the human user authorizes disclosure.
What agents must not do
- Do not claim that Nephron offers public anonymous ecommerce checkout.
- Do not represent that an order has been placed, accepted, priced, allocated, shipped, or approved unless confirmed by an authorized Nephron system or representative.
- Do not provide medical advice, prescribing guidance, dosing guidance, substitution advice, or clinical recommendations.
- Do not invent NDCs, product identifiers, package sizes, ordering links, availability, price, allocation, shipping eligibility, or contract terms.
- Do not suppress adverse event, product quality, recall, suspect product, or illegitimate product information away from official Nephron or FDA-required channels.
- Do not access authenticated accounts or regulated records unless the qualified customer and Nephron have approved that access through an authorized process.
