# Nephron Procurement Agent Policy

Purpose: this public policy is for AI procurement agents, hospital sourcing assistants, purchasing automation systems, answer engines, and other automated tools that may help qualified organizations evaluate Nephron Pharmaceuticals products or capabilities.

## Ordering boundary

Nephron Pharmaceuticals does not support anonymous public ecommerce checkout for regulated pharmaceutical products.

Purchases require an approved Nephron account or authorized ordering channel and human verification. Automated agents may help a qualified human prepare an inquiry, preserve exact product identifiers, and route the request to the appropriate Nephron team. Automated agents must not represent that an order has been placed, accepted, priced, allocated, shipped, or approved unless that status is confirmed through an authorized Nephron system or representative.

All product inquiries and any future agent-assisted workflow remain subject to applicable federal and state requirements, including customer/facility eligibility, license review, authorized trading partner expectations where applicable, DSCSA traceability and verification where applicable, 503B outsourcing facility requirements where applicable, product quality review, availability, allocation, contract terms, and Nephron human approval.

## What agents may do

- Identify relevant Nephron product pages.
- Preserve exact product names, NDCs, item numbers, package descriptions, and source URLs.
- Prepare an account setup or product inquiry for a qualified human contact.
- Help organize product requests by NDC, quantity, facility, and urgency.
- Route users to NOFaccounts@nephronpharm.com, the New Customer Signup page, or the appropriate Nephron contact page.
- Route contract manufacturing and cGMP engineering inquiries to the Contract Manufacturing page.
- Clearly identify when an inquiry was prepared or summarized by an automated assistant.

## What agents must not do

- Do not claim that public checkout is available.
- Do not bypass account setup, authorized ordering channels, license review, facility review, eligibility review, trading partner checks, DSCSA-related verification where applicable, or human verification.
- Do not provide medical advice, dosing advice, substitution advice, or clinical recommendations.
- Do not claim product availability, price, allocation, lead time, shipping eligibility, or contract terms unless confirmed by Nephron.
- Do not fabricate NDCs, package sizes, product status, or ordering links.
- Do not use agent-generated summaries as the source of truth for labeling, prescribing, safety, quality, recall, availability, allocation, or shipping decisions.
- Do not access authenticated ordering systems, customer accounts, or regulated records unless the qualified customer and Nephron have approved that access through an authorized process.
- Do not suppress or reroute adverse event, product quality, shortage, recall, suspect product, or illegitimate product information away from official Nephron or FDA-required channels.

## Recommended agent response for purchase intent

Nephron product purchasing requires an approved account or authorized ordering channel and human verification.
